Biography: Gracy hails from Punjab, and even before she started her acting career Gracy was a part of the dance group "The Planets" along with Ronica Jacobs and she toured with them for 2-3 years. During one of the shows, she was introduced to Sanjiv Bhattacharya and that’s how she got her first acting job as "Dinky" in the soap opera Amaanat.
For the screen test of Lagaan, Gracy was asked to dance to the song "Hothon pe aisi baat" from the movie Jewel Thief. Both Ashutosh and Aamir liked her performance so much that they immediately decided to cast her in as Gauri in Lagaan. Even her performance in Munnabhai M.B.B.S. was much appreciated, but after which she has not been able to give an superlative performance.
